It doesn't include breakfast and the location is far from city center but so close to NUS university which I had to to go. And there are a lot of different kinds of restaurants around the hotel with qualified foods and cheap.

Clean and comfortable and in a great location convenient to NUS, the bus terminal and some shops and restaurants. Very good value for money.

The friendly reception that provide all informations we need, even about the eatery around and transportation. The hotel always smell so nice and not crowded. The lift works really fast and the place is quiet, room is great, nice food around with 7 eleven nearby.

Friendly staff, good value for money, clean bed and bathroom. Housekeeping done regularly. Good location if most of your SG travel plans are centred around the NUS area.

I love everything else that are provided during my stay. Staffs are great especially Zali who is very friendly & helpful as well as his superior Sam. The housekeeping staff cleans the room well. There is DIY laundry, Hair dryer, coffee tea making facilities. Small fridge. This hotel provides all the basic requirements you will need for a night stay. And it is located so near a lot of food outlets (Indian, Western, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian and other local delights) with half of them Halal establishments and 2 of them are 24hrs restaurants. I believe there is a couple of restaurant bar and yes there is 7eleven - a 24hrs convenience store.
